Where do I even START with these cuties?!?
I basically fell in love with Taylor from our very first phone call and our friendship just SPARKED. Sometimes you just talk with someone or meet somebody and its like omg there’s two of me.
That’s me and Taylor. I love this girl yall. And Ben. And Kiwi and Lynx (their kitties). We’re all family now.
When they booked me for their wedding day and engagement photos, we immediately started planning the engagement session and what vibes we were going for. We ended up choosing the beautiful Maymont Park local here in Richmond, Va. They actually used to do track there way back when they were in school together! Oh yeah, they’re school sweethearts and they’re the cutest. There’s so much comfort that comes with knowing someone so long and loving them the whole way. It was a beautiful full circle moment and the sun was so loving to us and made just this beautiful glow to every single place we went.
From the column tunnel, to the gazebo, to the Japanese gardens. Then they switched outfits and we found even more spots!! Whoof we found this one more secluded spot and I felt like Pacha in The Emperors New Groove when he said, “When the sun hits that ridge just right…these hills sing.”
It was basically like that. Sun. Hills. Singing. And laughing.
They are so cute and I love how much fun they have together and how they look at each other. First date sparks still after all these years. 🙂 I can’t wait for their wedding next year!!
